How lucky we are to have 2 fabulous Farmer Markets come to our valley each week during the summer. It's a gathering of great food, great products and a great place to mingle with the community.
My family loves to go to both markets to purchase fresh produce and just to enjoy the crowds.
The Ketchum Market is every Tuesday afternoon. Soon, we can all gather at Ketchum Town Square to enjoy our market goodies and also some Leroy ice cream.
The Hailey Market is every Thursday afternoon. A good portion of the same vendors are at both markets, but somehow they never get old. We like to hang out at the children's corner at the market and listen to the local bands.
A few of our favorite purchases:
Fresh berries and apricots (will be coming later this summer)
Strawberry jam
Baked goods (yum!)
Pies
Lettuce
eggs
and a trip to the market is never complete without delicious fresh squeezed lemonade!
