The family has been having a great summer in the valley so far. As they say, you come for the winter, but stay for the summer. So true! Since the weather was absolutely beautiful today (thank you Mother Nature!), we just had to try our first taste of Leroy's for the summer.
Please excuse their mess. Leroy's is right next to the construction of Ketchum's Town Square. Once it is complete in a couple of weeks, you will be seeing us hanging out a lot more in downtown Ketchum (and Leroy's)
Not only does Leroy's feature delicious locally made Toni's ice cream, but 100% of all profits goes to Blaine County Schools, Pioneer Montesorri, and The Community School. Basically, every time we indulge in the good stuff, our kids' school gets money. Best idea ever!
After a tasty snack, we walked down to Memory Park off of 75. Some how we were the only ones there and had a grand ball playing in the water. The water is still mighty cold, but the kids never seem to mind.
Just another wonderful day in the valley! Man, I love this place.
Happy Father's Day weekend to all you dads out there. We are hopefully headed to Redfish Lake, otherwise known as Sun Valley's playground!
