Why I like The Toy Store

When you live in a small town, plus have 3 kiddos, your family tends to go to a lot of birthday parties. It's not that we are popular, it's just the way it is.  Birthday parties mean birthday presents and I like that we have a few options when it comes to buying gifts.

Of course there is always Kings for lots of variety and low in cost; plus we have Tator Tots for ultra cute clothes and accessories.

Yet, I seem to gravitate more towards The Toy Store.  They have a lot of toys, yet the store is small (both Hailey and Ketchum locations), so I don't feel lost in there.  There are many benefits to shopping at The Toy Store and being involved with them.

Kids can register for their gifts---just like adults do for their wedding or baby shower.  My kids have never participated in this program, but it's a pretty good idea, especially when grandparents are involved.

Definitely sign up your kids for their birthday program.  When it's your child's birthday month, he or she will receive a birthday postcard in the mail. If your child is young enough, this in itself is a huge deal!  The postcard is good for 5 birthday balloons and 10% of a purchase.  We always use the 5 birthday balloons as extra balloons at their parties. Who doesn't like extra balloons?

As extra bonus, when you purchase a gift at The Toy Store, the staff will be happy to wrap it for you. It's always fun to go to birthday parties and see many of the presents wrapped the same.  It makes me smile every time!

Happy birthday present shopping.
