A visit with the horses (and cat)

After school one afternoon, I wasn't in the mood to take all the kids home and find something creative to do, so we made a little pit stop at the Sun Valley Stables.  The kids had a blast "playing" with the horses, petting them and feeding them grass. Seriously, it was a huge hit.  Each kid has a new animal best friend.

With the weather being so nice lately, I cringe every time I have to tell the kids that "outdoor time" is over, but we do have some sort of schedule to follow--such as eating and sleeping.
