Healthy Families, Healthy Idaho

I live in the dream town of Sun Valley, Idaho with my hard working husband, 3 adventurous children, 2 labs and a kitten from the animal shelter. I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, gardening, eating M & M's and attending as many community events as possible. Sun Valley is the ideal town for me and my family. With this blog, I hope to inspire and encourage other families to become more active with their own family.
